If you're aged 18 to 30, you might be finding it hard to get the job you want, even if you have the right qualifications. It's catch-22. You can't get a job without experience but you can't get experience without a job. Right? Working in partnership with ProjectScotland we have other ideas. Thanks to support from the Voluntary Action Fund, there is an opportunity for the next few months for you to develop a range of practical skills, really useful stuff like safe use of power tools, hard landscaping, tree planting, habitat management, task planning and team leadership. Tasks will be carried out in small groups working closely with staff and will be determined by what you need to learn to help you get to where you want to be. What have you got to lose?
