Have you and your class been inspired by David Attenborough’s Blue Planet? Our NEW coastal classroom project brings the classroom outdoors to our beautiful Fife coastline for fun, hands-on learning. It’s a great time to learn about coastal eco systems, especially as we have a visiting humpback whale in the Firth of Forth right now!
Our coastal classroom and seashore science class is taken by our Education team who will provide fun learning activities including:-
- Learning about human impact and pollution in our seas and what we can do to help
- Rock pool guddling
- Tidal zones
- A pack of science activities that you can take back to the classroom
