Foraging Herbal Tea Making

Join local herbalist Rosy to learn how to use   herbs to make safe and effective herbal infusions (teas!) for health and   well-being.

In this workshop we will explore 7 herbs that can be used to make tasty herbal infusions (teas). We will go for a short   herb walk to identify and collect some herbs that can be foraged to make a spring tonic infusion.

You will learn how to get the most from your herbal teas, make high quality effective preparations and blend different   herbs together to use for common ailments.

We will discover the ritual and ceremony of tea making, sample different herbs and then you will have the opportunity to   make your own herbal tea blend at the end to take away with you!
