Tool Shed
Do you have a lifelong interest in tools?
Do you enjoy pottering about in your own tool shed and would like to put your skills to good use with a small group of like-minded people? Then The Tool Shed, part of the Men's Sheds movement, might be just up your street.
A workshop supervisor facilitates three refurbishing workshops each week at Kinghorn Loch. We also work on old sewing machines as well as general tools. No experience is required to volunteer at The Tool Shed as full training and support is given, although an interest in tools or working with young people will be particularly welcome. By learning from more experienced people, young volunteers will enhance their employability and life skills. We even supply the biscuits!
Tool Shed Workshops
Our tool shop workshops run on a Tuesday and Wednesday 1pm - 4pm and on a Friday 9.30am - 12.30pm

Tool donations
The Tool Shed can only operate with the continued generosity of the community and are always looking for all types of unwanted or unloved tools; including carpentry, workshop, gardening tools and sewing machines. These donations enable further development of the Tool Shed's operation and continued support to local charity groups.
If you have any of these that you no longer need and would like to donate them, please either drop them off at The Ecology Centre, give us a call on 01592 891567, or complete the enquiry form below.
