About the event
As part of our National Lottery Community Funding we will be running 12 sustainability workshops over the next year. These will be participatory and interactive with practical elements to aid real life behaviour change. Each workshop will have 10 - 15 spaces. They will be designed so that participants can attend multiple workshops or single workshops as stand-alone sessions.
One of our Education Team, Liz, Sam and Sara will be hosting the events at The Ecology Centre.

Wednesday 30th of Septmeber - 5pm - 8pm in The Nest Cafe at The Ecology Centre
Hedgerow Jelly Workshop: This workshop will be entirely practical with a foraging walk to collect seasonal berries from the hedgerows to make into a delicious Jelly. This will be followed by some time in the kitchen processing the berries and cooking them into Jelly with a jar for each person to take home.
