Join us for a day celebrating women’s health including opportunities to learn and share about perinatal health, harnessing creative energies, relaxation techniques, herbal remedies and healthy movement.
This day focuses on enhancing nurture and creativity for mothers and non-mothers, and will include:
- Herbs for fertility, breast and fertility health class
- Lunch break & discussion
- Upcycling fabric to create reusable care products
- Pregnancy yoga, massage and fertility movement session
