About the event
As part of our National Lottery Community Funding we will be running 12 sustainability workshops over the next year. These will be participatory and interactive with practical elements to aid real life behaviour change. Each workshop will have 10 - 15 spaces. They will be designed so that participants can attend multiple workshops or single workshops as stand-alone sessions.
One of our Education Team, Liz, Sam and Sara will be hosting the events at The Ecology Centre.

Woodland Nature Connection Workshop: This workshop will be delivered in woodland at The Ecology Centre so please dress for the outdoors. You will have a go at forest bathing, relax in a hammock and have the opporutnity to try some barefoot walking amongst other activities.
